Mentorship & Skill-Building
Individualized support that encourages confidence, decision-making, social engagement, personal growth, and independence.
Become A Host Home Provider
Host Home Providers play an important role in helping individuals experience belonging, structure, consistency, personal growth, and community connection. This role is more than providing a place to live. It involves building trust, supporting daily routines, encouraging independence, helping with appointments and documentation, and creating a home environment where the individual is treated with dignity.
